About me
Trawnegan Gall is a licensed General Securities Representative (FINRA series 7 and 63) at Cornerstone and offers tax-advantaged securitized real estate investments through WealthForge Securities LLC (member FINRA, SIPC). Specializing in Delaware Statutory Trusts as like-kind properties for 1031 exchange, but also offering a variety of other securitized real estate-based offerings, since 2014 Mr. Gall has brokered over $350 million in equity into real estate investments through over 750 individual transactions. After graduating from Pomona College with a BA in History in 1990, he spent over 20 years abroad working with faith-based non-profits, specializing in the areas of strategic planning of international operations, project management, personnel development, negotiations, and problem-solving. Strong in factual analysis, he also played an integral role in the areas of budgeting and financial planning. His passion has always been languages and linguistics. He is functionally fluent in four languages, and has studied languages from the European, Middle Eastern, Asian, and Pacific Islands groups. He is also an avid skier, mountain biker and hiker, nearly always accompanied by his now teenage son. Trawn Gall is a passionate advocate of industry best practices encouraging all parties he works with to continue to advance the industry through adopting and adhering to uniform best practices. Mr. Gall continues to add to his knowledge and experience of this niche area of real estate investment through due diligence events, industry conferences and networking, and is also a co-author of Modern Real Estate Investing, the Delaware Statutory Trust.
